Inspector notes
Licensing counselor measured alarm sounding after 1 minute for both licensed vehicles. Technical assistance provided that the time delay from the time the ignition is turned off after activation of the alarm system until the alarm sounds shall be no longer than one minute. This needs to be completed prior to transporting children.
Child care personnel failed to share the accident/incident form with the custodial parent/ legal guardian or the individual authorized to pick up child on the day that the incident occurred. CCF Handbook, Section 6.4, B & D Health Requirements [SR]
