No staff had documentation of annual Exposure plan training #35-Communicable / Disease - Facility's Exposure Plan. Document was reviewed and shredded. Technical assistance provided to Director to ensure that the facility has a written exposure plan regarding safety precautions for exposure to blood and potentially infectious fluids; and that the facility has documentation for all childcare personnel on required annual refresher education of the facility's exposure plan.
