- Teacher # 2 called the child because he thought he seen her Parent. Teacher # 2 walked away from his post and the child walked down right out of the front door. The child was reported to be outside by herself for about 3 minutes. The child was found by an adult and was taken back into the school. The was brought back into the school. Technical assistance was provided to the Provider on supervision.
