Counselor observed the personnel listed on the confidential page did not start the introduction course within 90 days of employment. It was documented on the CF-FSP 5131 that the personnel started with the employer on 8/10/22 but did not start part 1 training until 1/26/2023. The personnel started the training on 1/26/2023 personnel must complete required trainings within 12 months of employment.
