Counselor observed the childcare personnel listed on the confidential page did not complete the training requirements within 12 months of starting in the industry. The personnel started in the industry in 2021 and did not complete part 2 training requirements. Personnel must complete part 2 training requirements. Personnel must not be left unsupervised with children. Technical assistance was provided ensuring that all personnel working with children complete the required training requirements within 12 months of starting in the industry.
