On March 31st the LS observed a J.W, staff member of the ccf, outside the facility. J.W. was observed knocking on a door attempting to gain entry. J.W. went to the facilities main entrance door and was subsequently let inside by C.N., the facility Director. The LS then approached the facility, rang the doorbell, and was greeted by C.N. Upon entering the facility, the LS observed the J.W. now present in the classroom with older children (ages 24). The LS inquired with C.N. regarding the supervision of the older children, noting that one staff member had been outside and that C.N. had left the classroom to answer the door for J.W. 2.4 Supervision 2.4.1 General
