Inspector notes
No onsite inspection was conducted; Specialist pulled transcripts online and verified information with owner via phone on 3/23/26. Specialist reviewed records for 2 personnel; R.J is no longer working at the facility as of 3/2/26. Z.R has yet to complete the preservice training. Z.R has not met requirements to have unsupervised contact with children, and provider stated she would pull her from the classroom until they are completed. Provider has until 4/20/26 to come back into compliance.
