During onsite inspection the specialist observed that the sink in the infant room was no longer working. The director/owner stated that the motor was no longer working. The specialist recommended that a new sink will need to be purchased. In the meantime, all infants were moved over to a room where there was a working sink until a new one could be purchased. 3.10.2 Diapering Requirements A.
