Licensing Specialist observed that the mats and linen for all the children were stored together and not separated from the mats for each child separately. Corrective action: Per Provider will wash all linen and keep linen separate from mats after use for. Each childcare facility must provide and maintain bathroom facilities that are easily accessible, and at a height usable by the children.
