At the time of inspection (Day 1), in the facilitys Threes and Fours classrooms, the Licensing Specialist (LS) observed the facilitys Director preparing lunch plates utilizing a counter located between the Threes and Fours classrooms. The counter area is positioned between two- bathroom entrance doorways, with one bathroom entrance located on each side of the counter. The LS observed a cart containing prepared lunch plates for children in care. The counter contained on it an air fryer, a pan containing hot dogs positioned in front of the air fryer, a crockpot containing beans, a fruit cup, and a microwave with an empty pan positioned in front of it.
