- Child care personnel failed to share the accident/incident form with the custodial parent/ legal guardian or the individual authorized to pick up child on the day that the incident occurred. CCF Handbook, Section 6.4, B & D
- Inspector notes
- Counselor observed several Accident/Incident reports that were given to the child's parent or guardian and signed a day or days after the incident occurred. Some of the reports were also missing dates, times and signatures. Counselor gave the provider pointers on how to ensure they can stay in compliance with standards. We discussed different scenarios and was to cover themselves from being non- compliant. This was resolved at the time of inspection. - Child care personnel with an industry date of 9/9/2022 did not begin training until 3/30/2023. This exceeded the 90 days requirement for starting training. The provider has been given until 8/3/2023 to provide documentation that the child care personnel has started the 40-hour Introductory Child Care Training.
