Licensing Specialist observed inadequate supervision in the three-year-old classroom. There were 12 children present with two staff. The classroom is joined together by two double doors. Licensing Specialist observed 10 children playing on the floor with one staff in room A and two children at the table with one staff in room B. During the walkthrough of the classroom A, Licensing Specialist observed the two children playing in classroom B with no teacher or supervision. The teacher had left the room to cover another classroom across the hall, to allow the other teacher to take out the trash to the dumpster.
