Licensing Specialist observed in the boy's restroom in the rear of the center, one of the faucets was broken and hanging over into the sink. Per Provider they had to order the part needed for repairs. 3.7 Restrooms and Bath Facilities I. Each toilet and sink must be maintained in good operating condition, cleaned and sanitized or disinfected as needed, but at least once per day. Sinks utilized for teeth brushing activities/procedures by the children must be sanitized prior to the activity occurring.
