Licensing Specialist did an inspection on the facility's vehicle. Licensing Specialist had the driver, F.D., try to set off the installed vehicle alarm. The alarm never went off. The driver tried to ride around the premises with the children in the vehicle to see if it would go off. The alarm never went off. This is not the first time she has had difficulty with the alarm. Licensing Specialist made the suggestion of taking the vehicle back to whoever installed the alarm and have them take a look.
