LS observed the 3 classrooms did not have a backup plan attendance sheet with time and time out times. The staff did not have it available inside classroom to tell LS how many children were present. Brightwheel was glitching and not showing correct amount of children present. LS provided technical assistance from the handbook: 7.5 Daily Attendance Daily attendance of children must be taken and recorded accurately by the child care personnel, documenting the time when each child enters and departs the program.
