Licensing Specialist is currently working hand in hand with the provider and trying to get them credentialed with a director. At the time of inspection, the director responsible for the daily operation of the program did not have an active Director Credential. The provider has been given a due date of 8/17/26 to bring the standard 34-4 back into compliance. 4.7 Director Credential A. Each child care facility must have a credentialed director who is on-site a majority of hours, excluding weekends and evening hours that the facility is in operation. Documentation of majority of hours must be maintained and available for review by the licensing authority.
