While reviewing driver's physicals, licensing supervisor observed one physical with falsified dates. The dates were modified by covering the original digits of the year that the driver's physical was conducted with white out and writing in the current year (2024). Licensing supervisor was able to feel the white out physically as well as observe it. Due to the white out/falsification, the original year that driver EH had a driver's physical conducted is unknown. EH was confirmed via transportation logs provided by the facility to be the driver of one of the buses on 10/5/24.
