- Child care personnel were not within sight and hearing of all children during nap time. Child care personnel listed on the supplemental inspection sheet placed the child in the closet with the door closed to sleep because the child was having a hard time falling asleep. This standard was brought back into compliance when the child care personnel took the sleeping child out of the closet. Additionally, the child care personnel responsible for the child was immediately terminated and escorted off of the premises.
