Inspector notes
Licensing Specialist observed evidence of pest in the kitchen. Provider has a vendor for treatment every other week. Licensing Specialist will conduct an on-site inspection after the next treatment on 11/28/2025. Provider will clean and sanitize drawers and cabinets in the kitchen by due date. Per the Child Care Licensing Handbook Section 3.1 All child care facilities must be clean, in good repair, free from health and safety hazards and from evidence of, or presence of, vermin infestation. Indoor play areas must be inspected daily for basic health and safety and documented on a daily inspection log.
