Inspector notes
The parent of the one-year-old child witnessed the staff/employee slap her child on the hand from Chappel Kids Vision Camera and Video feed. The parent immediately reported the incident to the director on 4/4/2025. The director contacted Childcare Licensing and FSC requested the director and CEO to keep the tape for review. On 4/11/2024 the FSC observed the video of a staff/employee that slapped one-year-old child on the hand in the classroom on 4/4/2024 however the child did not sustain any marks, bruises or injuries.
