G. Bedding and linens, when not in use, must be stored in a sanitary manner which prevents the spread of germs or lice from other linens. All bedding and linens must be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized at least once a week, and before use by another child. Children linens were observed on the floor of the nap room. Assistant director removed all linens from the floor and appropriately store them. Technical assistance was given to facility director on how to properly store lines in children cubby when not in use.
Child(ren) did not have a Florida Certification of Immunization (DH Form 680) or a Religious Exemption from Immunization (DH Form 681), on file within 30 days of enrollment. CCF Handbook, Section 7.1, B (Section 2.1 Health and Safety, Page 3) Record Keeping [SR]
