Licensing Specialist observed that childcare personnel listed on supplemental did not begin the introductory training within 90 days of employment in the childcare industry. Corrected at the time of inspection. Personnel listed on supplemental began the introductory training on 02/11/25. Provider stated that personnel was experiencing technical difficulties and issues logging into training portal. Technical assistance was given regarding initiating introductory training within 90 days of employment. Licensing Specialist and Provider reviewed and discussed Training Roadmaps.
