Licensing Specialist observed an unscreened volunteer in three-year-old classroom alone supervising 9 three and four-year-old children. See Supplemental. Corrected at the time of the inspection. Technical assistance was provided regarding unscreened volunteers/individuals being left alone with children in care. Corrected at the time of inspection when additional screened personnel arrived at facility and entered three-year-old classroom. Provider advised unscreened individual that they could not return until background screening has been completed. Provider stated she was unaware volunteer was alone in classroom. Designated Representative stated a teacher was late arriving to the facility.
