Within a few minutes she went out the back door, got 4 one-two year old children from the group on the playground, and brought them inside to the classroom. Counselor asked [Teacher A] & [Teacher B] what the ratio was prior to [Teacher A] bringing her class back inside and they both stated that there were 18 one-five year old children on the playground with only one teacher.
