An area(s) of the facility was observed to not be in good repair. CCF Handbook, Section 3.1, A Physical Environment [SR]

The baseboards affected by the squirrel have been chewed/clawed through with plaster shavings scattered. There are areas on the walls through out which have peeling paint as well as holes which have not been repaired made larger by the children picking it apart. The Director will place a work order to have these area brought back to good repair by 03/20/2026. Child Care licensing staff will conduct an onsite visit to verify compliance.
