The facility did not have documentation of a fire extinguisher being properly maintained to include being serviced and retagged timely, and/or with a current certificate. CCF Handbook, Section 3.8.2, B Physical Environment [SR]
Correction / follow-up note
Facility had an expired fire extinguisher 06/24. Per DCF HANDBOOK: 3.8.2 Fire SafetyB. Fire extinguishers with a minimum rating of 2A:10BC must be properly installed, serviced and maintained with current inspection tags at all times. Corrective action: Director will send per email a picture of current tag when completed.
