Per DCF Handbook Section 8.2, C Child care personnel must appropriately interact with children to foster a healthy, safe environment that will encourage the childs physical, intellectual, motor, and social development. Interactions with children that are aggressive, demeaning or intimidating in nature are strictly prohibited. Both teachers quit their jobs at the company, but the child arrived at daycare without any marks or bruises, according to the health check.
