It was seen on footage that on 9/19/25 the teacher in the three-year-old room stuck her foot out in-order to stop a child running by with a toy car. The child fell headfirst into the floor causing injury to his mouth. The teacher was let go on the day of the incident. Corrective action. Day 2, Director advised, that the January 2024 fire drill was missed, but a fire drill was conducted 2/16/24. Copy of fire drill log observed at the time of inspection.
