Correction / follow-up note
During inspection licensing observed childcare personnel in the kitchen, preparing food, with no head covering. Provider stated they did not have any head coverings due to it not being on their supply list to order. Licensing provided a head covering and provider will provide them from now on. Per DCF CCF Handbook section 3.9: B. Child care personnel, while working in the food preparation area, must wear proper head covering, such as a hair net or hat. To prevent contact with ready to- eat foods, child care personnel must use clean disposable gloves, utensils, or similar items in the food preparation area.

Observed in all the children's bathroom, the toilet tissues and paper towel rack were replaced leaving areas on the walls which were not smooth and impermeable. The floor tiles in the bathrooms were broken and/or missing. The ceiling tile missing in the school age classroom. The wall behind the toilets in one bathroom had black spots/moisture stains. There were several holes in the bathroom that were not patched or covered. No panels that we saw on the eclectically outlets, in the school age building, VPK 1. No lock on the storage room in the school age building and the main building. Onsite reinspection will be conducted by June 5th to verify facilities repairs.
