Correction / follow-up note
Facility's refrigerator did not maintain an appropriate temperature. Thermometer held temperature over 41 degrees. Facility will replace thermometer and send picture to licensing office of temperature of 41 degrees or below inside refrigerator on or before August 22, 2025.
