Correction / follow-up note
Kitchen area had improperly stored garden/insect supplies in an area by food storage. Per DCF handbook: B. All potentially harmful items, including cleaning supplies, flammable products, poisonous, toxic, and hazardous materials, must be labeled and used according to manufacturers recommendation. These items, as well as knives, sharp tools, and other potentially dangerous hazards, must be stored in a locked area or must be inaccessible and out of a childs reach at all times. Corrective action: 12.10.2024 director moved items to storage room and closed kitchen door.
