Operation of A Family Child Care Home (g) The home shall be free from defects or conditions which might endanger a child. Safety precautions shall include but not limited to: This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, LPA observed accessible to children, bottles of shampoo, mouth wash, nail polish remover, rubbing alcohol and dish washing soap in the cabinet located under the bathroom sink, and a container of Comet cleanser and a bottle of Windex window cleaner accessible to children under the cabinet located under the kitchen sink, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. A propane tank located in the outdoor play area was observed attached to the BBQ.
