The child care center shall be clean, safe, sanitary and in good repair at all times to ensure the safety and well-being of children, employees and visitors. The offending gas line has been shut off as of 5/17/24 and the stove is to be replaced. Gas line to new stove will be inspected at that time and replaced if defective. Based on interview and observation, the facility did not comply with the section cited above in 1 instance, which poses/posed an immediate risk to health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.
