(a) (3) To be free from corporal or unusual punishment, infliction of pain, humiliation, intimidation, ridicule, coercion….. This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on interviews conducted, it was revealed that multiple staff have picked up a child in different manners, to make them go to certain areas/ follow directions. This poses an immediate health, safety, or personal rights risk to children in care.
