This requirement was not met as evidenced by: T1 picked up C1 against his will and roughly placed him on a toilet. This is an immediate threat to the health and safety of children in care.

Program Director will submit a written plan on how teachers will keep blankets out of the infant areas to LPA Laura Carone.

Infant Care Activities (E) If an infant falls asleep before being placed in a crib, staff shall move the infant to a crib as soon as possible. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 1 out of 1 persons which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. The infant was immediately taken out of the blanket and placed in a crib. Program Director will submit a written plan on how teachers will keep blankets out of the infant areas to LPA Laura Carone.
