Due to record review, this Regulation was not met as evidenced by : Staff#2 did not have a current active AB1207 during LPA inspection/record review on 02/5/2025. LPA observed Staff#2 providing care and supervision to chidlren on 2/5/2025.

Based on LPA interviews, and documents collected during the investigation, the above mentioned regulation was not met. LPA discovered, directors dog was present during operational hours. Directors dog nibbled on daycare children.

Supervision shall include visual observation This violation was evidenced by: Based on interviews and record review which revealed a child was left alone outside in the sandbox while children and staff transitioned inside. In addition, there was a child who injured their head while in care but neither individual witnessed the event. Neither unusual incident was reported to CCLD. This poses an immediate risk to the Health and Safety of children in care.
