This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that there is a pool at the Family Child Care Home that does not have a cover or alarm, a safety ring, a 12-foot pole with a body hook, or daily inspection documentation. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Temporary absences shall not exceed 20 percent of the hours that the facility is providing care per day. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that the licensee was not present at the Family Child Care Home during operatoin. When entering the home at 9:10 AM LPA asked assistant to provide her name. LPA reviewed records and it was determined the assistant was not associated to the facility or been fingerprint cleared. Assistant and licensee stated she has been working at the facility for three months which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
