OPERATION OF A FAMILY CHILD CARE HOME- The home shall be free from defects or conditions which might endanger a child. This requirement was not met as evidenced by LPA's observation. During todays inspection, LPA observed the north/east backyard wooden fence is missing fence slats and post and is leaning toward the neighbors yard. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety or personal rights to children in care.

STAFFING RATIO AND CAPACITY- If no assistant provider is present at a Large Family Child Care Home, then the licensee shall comply with the capacity requirements for a Small Family Child Care Home as specified in subsections (b) and (c). This requirement was not met as evidenced by Licensee's statement and confirmation. On 4/6/2022, licensee was providing care for 10 children without an assistant present.
