Based on LPA observations, Licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA has observed on several occasions Licensee exhibiting aggressive, combative, and non-cooperative behaviors interfering and impeding inspections and investigations. Safety precautions shall include but not limited to: (4) Poisons, detergents, cleaning compounds, medicines, firearms and other items which could pose a danger if readily available to children shall be stored where they are inaccessible to children. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Today, inside the day care room, LPA observed vitamins, a lighter, eye drops and batteries on top of an adult desk. In the accessible restroom there was glass cleaner, pet deoderizer under the accessible sink. Outisde in the play yard were accessible pruners and an unlocked shed that had a gas can. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
