Safety precautions shall include but not limited to: This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in as LPA observed 7 (seven) pickets that are loose from the fence line. There are gaps in the fence line and nails protruding out of the some of the pickets. The play yard toys have cobwebs and dirt which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
