Outdoor Activity Space (d) The surface of the outdoor activity space shall be maintained: (1) In a safe condition for the activities planned. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed rotten persimmons in the grass area of the infant outdoor activity space. There were spider webs and dirt covering a play house and a play structure. LPA also observed an unrolled water hose in the outdoor activity space which is a tripping hazard. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
