Accountability. The licensee, whether an individual or other entity, is accountable for the general supervision of the licensed childcare center and for the establishment of policies concerning its operation. LPA determined that facility staff altered the food program to a child in care without prior approval. This poses a potential Health & Safety risk to children in care.
