This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed Lysol Disinfectant Spray and Clorox Disinfectant Wipes on the kitchen counters, in the restroom, and in both classrooms on accessible counters. LPA also observed ZEP cleaning solution and a wash rag hanging from the sink located in the dining room which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed several toys scattered on the floor near two trashcans in the dining room. There were supplies stacked in totes with missing lids leaning against a storage rack. The restroom floors were sticky and debris under the changing table pad. A play kitchen contained an unknown substance in the sink and a soiled rag laying on top. LPA observed other play houses that were covered in dust and contained bird droppings/ feces which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
