During today's inspection, LPA observed only Staff #1 (S1) has teacher qualifications. After lunch, LPA observed a child in the restroom alone. LPA observed Staff #1 leave the classroom during naptime when children were awake which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
