This requirement is not met as evidenced by interviews reflecting that licensee, Melissa Pershall, used unbecoming language in front of children in care, when addressing staff. Licensee was previously cited on 2/23/22 for the same citation. A civil penalty has been issued. This evidence was not met as evidenced by interview findings.
