No person. . . shall operate, establish, conduct, or maintain a child care facility in this state without a current valid license. . . Care is being provided for more than one family's children at the same time. This is in violation of Health and Safety Code. The care provider is being advised that she must apply for a license within 15 days or cease operation in this manner. If the provider does not cease operating and an application is not received on the 16th day, a Notice of Operation in Violation of Law will be issued, A1 is also advised that failure to comply could result in a $200 a day civil penalty. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation and applicant statement, 8 children were present at the facility which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
