- Licensees shall maintain a lead value at or below the Action Level of 5 ppb in all outlets subject to the testing requirements of these Written Directives, for the health and safety of children in care. This requirement was not met as evidenced by: On 02/29/24, licensee failed to maintain a lead value at or below the Action Level for water lead testing resulting with values of 5.5 ppb or greater for Faucet “D” – Sink Faucet, in Seedlings Classroom, with a result of 6.2 ppb. Water testing results identified with Action Level Exceedance as defined in WD section 101700.3. are not deemed safe to drink. This is a potential health and safety risk to children in care.

Staff 2 (S2) was observed working in the role of teacher with 9 children outdoors without another staff present and did not have documentation of Early Childhood Education/Child Development units on file which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
