This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on childrens record review at 2:35pm, LPA observed that C1-C2 and C4 had missing or incomplete LIC700 and LIC 627 forms. The licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Operation of a Family Child Care Home (k) All vehicle occupants must be secured in an appropriate restraint system. (1) Children shall not be left in parked vehicles. This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on interviews and record reviewed the licensee did not met the requirement by leaving C1 in a locked parked vehicle for 1.5 hours on 02/15/24.
