When circumstances require the licensee to be temporarily absent from the home, the licensee shall arrange for a substitute adult to care for and supervise the children during his/her absence. This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, the Licensee was not present in the home from 9:25 AM to 11:37 AM on 1/30/25 which poses a potential health, safety, or personal right's risk to persons in care.
