Safety precautions shall include but not limited to: This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, While conducting tour of the home's back yard LPA observed the fence on the side of the yard that is need of repair it is missing fence pannels. On the other side of the yard there are items suchs as paint buckets and other rubbish that children can get a hold of. The licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
